Bell Secret Garden, Baguio

We wouldn't have found this place if the lady guide had not told us that there was a secret garden just behind the Bell House. Being the curious little cat that I was, I just couldn't let it pass. Even if everyone else was already tired, hungry and getting ready to leave. Haha!

The Bell Secret Garden has a 500-meter History Trail which starts right beside the Bell House. The trail is very well-established with cemented pathways so you don't have to worry about getting lost if you're planning to go there alone.

Here you will find display boards along the History Trail which provides you the history of Camp John Hay. If you're the type who loves to go into the historic details then this is the place for you. But since everyone was already dead tired we decided to skip reading them and just take pictures. Haha.

There wasn't really much to see -- just plenty of indigenous flowers and shrubs surrounding the place. The trail will also lead you to a Gazebo where General Franklin Bell probably takes his girlfriend/s. I mean the place is isolated, private and really romantic! Perfect for deep conversations while enjoying some snacks over a nice cup of tea.

Also, before leaving I made sure to post a few photos on Instagram from this not-so-Secret Garden. Haha. Check it out, the first one looked like it was taken straight out from a Twilight set. Cool huh?
